Yili is the founder of Oyon Advisory. With experience across research, industry, and venture capital, she works at the intersection of technology, markets, and strategy. Her background includes scientific research, industrial R&D, and deep-tech investment evaluation, with a focus on advanced materials, energy, climate, and industrial innovation. She holds a PhD in inorganic chemistry and works across English, Chinese, and Japanese in cross-border and multidisciplinary settings.
